Return & Exchange Policy
At Novlim, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your smart wallet and accessories. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Period We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

Unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

The receipt or proof of purchase is required.

For smart accessories (tracking cards), the device must not be activated or linked to a personal account (e.g., Apple ID) if applicable.
3. How to Start a Return To initiate a return, you must contact us at support@novlim.com.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to our registered office address without contacting us first.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For electronic defects regarding tracking features, please include a short video demonstrating the issue in your email.
5. Non-returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
6. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
7. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

8. Shipping Costs Unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
